Award program recognizing outstanding use of social media by government agencies in the U.S.
Our award program features 9 categories focusing on social media strategy, techniques and results, and is open for eligible government agencies to enter in the United States. Additionally, special categories are awarded by the social networks and Government Social Media®.
The 2024 program is the 8th Golden Post Awards since debuting in 2015, with winners being honored at the Government Social Media Conference (#GSMCON®). Attendance isn't required to win, but it's fun to be recognized in-person!

People who manage social media in government are in one of the most difficult fields for social media professionals.
