Please download the Venue Map to view guest room locations in relationship to the convention area where all #GSMCON® sessions will be held. This is a large resort with an extensive outdoor campus (see our "Getting around the venue" info below).

Rooms designated on the booking site as 'Standard rooms and Water View rooms' are located in Cabanas buildings 8A, 8B and 8C; Ranchos buildings 6A, 6B, 7A, and 7B; and Casitas buildings 4 and 5.

Rooms designated on booking site as 'Preferred rooms' are located in Casitas buildings 1, 2 and 3. 

Check in is 3pm; Check out is 11am.

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 21 miles away from the venue. 

The venue does not have its own shuttle service, but attendees can see available transportation services from the airport, or can coordinate transportation with fellow attendees through the #GSMCON mobile app (attendees get access to the app prior to the start of the event).

For those driving in, self-parking at the venue is free.

Please note, this is a large resort with an extensive outdoor campus, and there is no golf-cart transportation service at the resort. All GSMCON sessions will be held in the convention center area on the property. 

If you'd like more assistance getting from your guest room to the GSMCON meeting areas, there's a bus that circles the property. A bus heading to the theme parks will stop at Casitas buildings, Ranchos buildings, Cabanas building and then Grand Destino Tower, which is closest to our meeting space. (Don't hop on the Disney Springs bus as it'll take you in the opposite direction.) 

There are elevators in the Ranchos, Cabanas and Casitas buildings to each floor.

Each individual room reservation must be confirmed and guaranteed by the attendee with a deposit equal to the full price of the room for one night. Should an attendee cancel a reservation, the hotel must receive notice of cancellation from you at least eight days before your arrival date in order to receive a refund of the deposit. To cancel a room reservation, call (407) 939-4686 or click the Manage Existing Reservation link on the booking site.
